The Halifax Fire Department would like to congratulate 3rd Assistant Chief Herrold and his wife Ashlea on the birth of their baby boy, Owen Reid Herrold was born this morning at 06:52. Owen weighs 7 pounds 4 ounces and measures 20 inches. Mom and Owen are both doing fine. Congratulations Matt and Ashlea.
