1/24/12 at 16:41 hours Box 23-3 (Wiconisco) was transmitted for a working scrap yard fire which brought Tanker and Canteen 29 to the scene. Tanker 29 (Asst Chief T. Pottiger) and Canteen 29 (Canteen Leader M. Bisking) responded. Units from Co 23 encountered heavy fire conditions in a large pile of vehicles. Units established master streams and multiple hand lines. Tanker 29 supplied 7 loads (17,500 gallons) of water for the incident. Canteen 29 supplied drinks and snacks for about 60 responders.
